By mail: UseeRisk – Tour Avisio – 49-51 Quai Dion Bouton – 92800 PUTEAUX, accompanied by a copy of an identity document. Ideally, sent via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
In person at our offices: upon presentation of an identity document. The CNIL specifies: “You may be accompanied by a person of your choice. The consultation must last long enough to allow for convenient and complete note-taking. You may request a copy of the data.”
The data controller has a maximum of 2 months to respond to the request, whether made by mail or in person. The CNIL specifies: “If the request is incomplete (e.g., missing identity document), the data controller is entitled to request additional information: the time limit is then suspended and resumes once these elements are provided.”
